Will you replace our 1C?
Usually not: 1C stays for accounting, the ERP takes production and the operational loop, with an exchange between them. Cheaper and safer than “moving everything”.
Production cannot stop. How do you roll out?
In loops: first a parallel run with the old process, reconciliation, then switch-over. No project has ever stopped a shop floor.
Can we roll out in parts?
Yes, in loops: warehouse or shop floor first, the rest later. Each loop pays for itself.
How is payment structured?
By milestones: deposit, after prototype, after launch. In T&M — per sprint, with an hours report every two weeks.
Who owns the code?
You do, by contract: the repository is on your side, no licence fees for “seats”.
What happens after launch?
The first month of support is included. Then — an SLA package with response times, or T&M per task.
Do you work with VAT and e-document flow?
Yes: an LLC with VAT, contracts and closing documents via e-document flow.
